The Nigerian Breweries – Felix Ohiwerei Education Trust Fund was established in 1994 by Nigerian Breweries Plc to advance education in Nigeria. Originally founded as the Nigerian Breweries Education Trust Fund, the Trust Fund reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to strengthening access to quality education as a catalyst for national development. For over thirty (30) years, the Trust Fund has invested in initiatives that empower students, educators, and learning communities across the country.
Since 2015, we’ve invested ₦1.5 billion recognizing excellence in teaching. This year’s competition received 5,542 entries across 36 states and Abuja. 241 teachers have been celebrated as models of excellence.
