She advocates for marginalized communities through initiatives like Girls Allowed, the Secure Your Future Campaign, and the Every Child Counts Club, supporting girls and students with learning disabilities. Adeola has been listed as one of the Top 100 Changemakers in Nigeria and one of the Top 25 Nigerians changing the face of education.
She has been honored with the JCI Outstanding Young Person in Nigeria Award, the Best Teacher in Nigeria Prize, and currently holds the esteemed title of Best Teacher in Africa (African Union Continental Teachers' Award). Furthermore, in 2021, she was distinguished as one of the Top 50 Teachers in the World by the prestigious Global Teacher Prize. In 2023, she won the Maltina Teacher of the Year, and since then, she has gone on to win the Rotary Peace Fellowship, the Global Partner Fellowship, become a certified mediator, and completed the Julius Nyerere Leadership Program.
